Generations can be useful to organisation because it brings a degree of diversity.  Make an impact on anyone by using questions.  Write down things you need to accomplish and cross them off as you get them done.  Conflict between teams can occur from time to time.  Sometimes you will need to move into a rest area to get the needed relaxation from stress.  Improve your own communication skills on a day to day basis.  Take some time to appreciate your team members since they'll put more effort in for you.  Accountability is a skill that many small business owners will want to develop in their group.  Ask your employees what they need to see more of in the office.

 Diversity is good for business as it helps develop new ideas and solutions.  Being a good leader is different than being a great person or a good manager.  Generations may be useful to organisation because it brings a degree of diversity.  Understand more about your clients and make a difference in exceeding their Needs.  Find ways to attract people.
